Questions
Our service call fee covers the visit and diagnosis, and it's applied to the repair if you go ahead with the work. You'll know the flat-rate price before anything starts.
Yes. Every job is done or supervised by a licensed journeyman plumber, and we carry full liability insurance and WCB coverage. Permits are pulled whenever the work requires one.
Most non-emergency calls are booked within the same week. For active leaks or no-hot-water situations, call us directly — we keep room in the schedule for urgent work.
Yes. The written price you approve is the price you pay. It only changes if the scope changes — and that gets re-quoted and re-approved in writing before we continue.
All the time. We quote fixed prices from drawings, coordinate scheduling with your other trades, and our rough-ins are documented for inspection.
Workmanship is covered for 90 days on repairs and one year on installations, in writing. Fixtures and equipment carry their manufacturer warranties on top, which we register for you.
